Power and Control Wheel/Equality Wheel

I use the Power and Control Wheel alongside the Equality Wheel to help my clients understand healthy and unhealthy dynamics in their relationships. Take a look at them by clicking on the images below. If you recognize behaviors in the wheel on the left as being present in your relationship, your partner is trying to control you, which is an unhealthy dynamic and one of the signs of domestic violence. One of the things I help clients with in counseling is learning how to set boundaries so that other people aren't controlling their lives. If you would like to learn more about setting boundaries or using the power and control wheel, please give me a call at (505) 301-2971 or email me at andrea@andreaduff.com
